Legal status
Since January 2004, FONDACA has been registered under no. 244/2004 in the Italian Register of Legal Persons, and since May 2009 with the Rome Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture, under Economic and Administrative Index (REA) no. RM-1234450.
FONDACA has also operated as a Non-Profit Organization of Social Utility (ONLUS).
Starting from 1 December 2025 (rep. no. 162100), FONDACA has been registered in the section “Other Third Sector Entities” of the National Single Register of the Third Sector (RUNTS), pursuant to Article 22 of Legislative Decree no. 117 of 3 July 2017, as amended, and Article 17 of Ministerial Decree no. 106 of 15 September 2020.
