Our work is carried out through the following different activities:
Theoretical, empirical, and applied research on citizenship and related issues based on the cross-cutting deep knowledge resulting from humanistic and scientific disciplines. The dissemination of knowledge represents the core activity of the Foundation. Therefore, almost all the projects have a research component, even though not explicitly envisaged required.
Consulting and support. FONDACA also provides support to private companies, public institutions, and civic organizations, through innovative approaches, including the assessment of organizations, the design of new ways of working, stakeholder engagement, and supporting to the implementation of specific activities to facilitate an effective reporting
Policy activities. Despite not being a traditional consulting company, the Foundation is involved in the analysis, evaluations and proposals addressed to policy makers and other public actors through consultation or by direct initiative, specifically in relation to public policies. It is for this reason FONDACA can be considered as a think-tank.
Cultural and scientific dialogue. FONDACA organizes events aimed at stimulating discussion on specific issues and sharing knowledge on the topics of citizenship and related issues, involving the international scientific community and the wide network of relationships and collaborations built and consolidated over the years. In this framework the Foundation serves as a scientific community, political leadership, administrative institutions, and citizens' organizations, as well as private companies.
Advanced education . Among FONDACA’s activities there are the design and the development of educational materials and training of trainers (ToT) curricula. After a long period of commitment on training on corporate citizenship, FONDACA is currently engaged in training courses in the field of democratic citizenship.
Development and implementation of projects. In recent years, FONDACA has become project leader or partner in several projects financed by national and European public funds which have allowed the implementation of initiatives aimed at enhancing the empowerment of foreign citizens and fighting against educational poverty.
